Three Moral Leadership Prophet

Three Moral Leadership Prophet
Since the end of the last century until now, the discourse of the leader or leadership sticking to the surface. There are two causes.First, many leaders in various fields involved a moral violation.Second, perhaps because he was an aging, world we now no longer bear the power of great leaders (great leader) as in earlier times.

This fact was lamented by Jeremie Kubicek (2011) in a controversial book, "Leadership is Dead: How Influence is Riviving it" (leadership is dead: how influence is the essence of leadership can be revived). It is said, leaders are now more demanding (getting), instead of giving (giving), enjoy (have fun), not to serve (difficulty), and many promises, not to give evidence.

In Islamic political jurisprudence, morality is the basis of policy and action is the good of the nation's leader. It said al-imam tasharruf `ra` ala al-al-bi iyyah manuthun mashlahah (the leader of the actions of the people bound by common interests or welfare). Thus, leaders must act decisively for the good of the nation, not merely the good of himself and his group.

This rule is derived from the moral leadership of the Prophet Muhammad as mentioned in the Koran. Word of God, "It has come unto you an Apostle of their own clans, he felt severe suffering, really want (faith and salvation) you, very loving mercy again to the believers." (Surah al-Tawbah [9]: 128 ).

There are three traits (moral) leadership of the Prophet SAW berdasarkaan paragraph above. First, azizin alaihi ma anittum (Prophet penderitan burden on others). In modern language, these properties are called the sense of crisis, namely the sensitivity of the difficulties that people with the ability to empathize and show compassion to those who are less fortunate.

In psychology, empathy is the ability to understand and feel the troubles of others. Empathy by itself encouraging sympathy, the support, both moral and material, to reduce the suffering of people in distress.

Second, harishun `alaikum (very, very desirous that others safe and prosperous). In modern language, these properties are called the sense of achievement, namely the passionate spirit mengebu communities and nations to achieve progress. The leader's job, among other things, it raised the hopes and create the political road map towards the ideals and expectations.

Third, raufun uterus (gracious and merciful). Allah is all-loving God, Most Merciful. Prophet Muhammad is also gracious and merciful. The faithful are obliged to continue the mercy of Allah and His Messenger with love and love of mankind. Compassion (mercy) is a good base. Without love, it's hard to imagine someone can do good. The Prophet said, "People who have no affection, no good can be expected from him."

For scholars of the world, Rashid Rida, the three incumbent upon this moral leader. Because, without this moral third, a leader, according to Ridha, we can be sure it does not work for people, but for the sake of self, family, and his group only. Thus, the importance of moral leadership. Wallahu a `lam!
